Stadium History & Features

1874 Northwich were established on 15 November 2012 when Northwich Victoria Supporters' Trust members voted 141–4 to form a new club. Named for the year Northwich Victoria played their first formal match, they joined the North West Counties League in 2013–14 and rose through the non-league pyramid via NWCFL and Northern Premier League football.

The club moved to Barnton's Townfield ground from the 2019–20 season after leaving Barton Stadium. They won the Midland League Premier Division play-off final 1–0 against Northwich Victoria in 2025–26 to regain a place in Northern Premier League Division One West.
