AFC Wimbledon were formed in 2002 by supporters of the original Wimbledon FC and moved to the new Plough Lane in 2020. The Dons have risen through the leagues and are a fan-owned club. The stadium is in Wimbledon, south-west London, close to the original Plough Lane site.
