About Belper Town
Belper Town Football Club are based in Belper, Derbyshire. Nicknamed the Nailers after the town's nail-making industry, they were formed in 1883 and play at the Raygar Stadium, Christchurch Meadow, in the Northern Premier League Midlands for 2026/27.
They finished fourth of 22 in 2025–26 and were transferred to Division One Midlands after losing a play-off semi-final in Division One East. The club reached the FA Cup first round in 1887–88 as one of English football's oldest surviving names.
Christchurch Meadow has been home since 1951, with a 500-seat main stand opened in 2003 and the covered Reg Walker Stand holding around 300.

Belper originally played at the Acorn Ground before moving to Christchurch Meadow in 1951. The club bought the freehold for £6,000 in 1986; new dressing rooms were built in 1999 and the 500-seat stand opened in 2003.
Record attendance is 3,200 vs Ilkeston Town in 1955. Belper won the Northern Counties East League in 1984–85 and returned to NPL Premier via the 2013–14 play-offs before yo-yoing between Step 3 and Step 4 in recent seasons.

By Car
Belper Town FC state the ground is accessed from Belper Triangle at the junction of the A6 and A517. Postcode DE56 1BA takes you to Bridge Street; the ground is via the lane beside the church just before the traffic lights.
From the M1 (J28) follow the A38, then A610 towards Ambergate, join the A6 at the Hurt Arms and turn left for Belper. From the south follow the A6 north through Belper.
By Bus
Belper Bus Station on the A6 is around 600 yards south of the Raygar Stadium, per the club's first-time visitor information.
