Bideford dominated the Western League in the 2000s with five Premier Division titles between 2001–02 and 2009–10. They won the Southern League Division One South & West title in 2011–12 to reach the Premier Division, and reached the FA Vase semi-finals in 2003–04.
The club won Western League championships in 1963–64, 1970–71, 1971–72, 1981–82 and 1982–83. Their record attendance of 5,975 came against Gloucester City in the FA Cup in 1949.
