About Bridlington Town

Bridlington Town Association Football Club are based in Bridlington, East Riding of Yorkshire. Founded in 1918 as Bridlington Central United and nicknamed the Seasiders, they play in predominantly red kits.

They compete in the Northern Premier League East for 2026/27 and finished 8th of 22 in 2025–26. The club won the FA Vase at Wembley in 1992–93 and were NPL Division One champions that same season.

The current club reformed in 1994 after folding in 1993 and rebuilt through the county and NCEL leagues back to the Northern Premier League.

Queensgate has been Bridlington Town's home ground for decades. Ken Richardson's investment in the late 1980s–early 1990s added a new stand, clubhouse, turnstiles and floodlights before the club's FA Vase and NPL title successes.

The ground is currently known as the HDM Energies Stadium (Queensgate) for sponsorship. Capacity is 3,000 with covered seating; the club's visitor guide states a 500-seater stand and free parking within the ground.
