Broadbridge Heath are based in Broadbridge Heath near Horsham, West Sussex. Nicknamed the Bears, they were founded in 1919 by demobilised soldiers and play at the High Wood Hill Sports Ground.
They compete in the Isthmian League South East for the 2026/27 season. In 2025–26 they finished 15th of 22. The club won the Southern Combination Premier Division title in 2022–23 to earn promotion to Step 4.
The club moved to the purpose-built High Wood Hill Sports Ground in summer 2019, adjacent to the Bridge leisure centre. Chris Simmons is the first-team manager.

Broadbridge Heath climbed through the West Sussex League, Sussex County League and Southern Combination before winning the 2022–23 Premier Division title under Chris Simmons.
The club previously played at Wickhurst Lane and the Broadbridge Heath Leisure Centre before the 2019 move. Their best FA Trophy run to date is the third qualifying round in 2025–26.
