Crowborough won the Sussex County League Division One title in 2007–08 and reached the Isthmian League before financial difficulties forced relegation. They returned to Step 4 via the 2025 play-off final against Eastbourne United.
Four days after that play-off final, Crowborough also beat Eastbourne United 3–1 in the Sussex RUR Cup final. Their best FA Cup run is the third qualifying round in 2008–09.
