Flackwell Heath won the Hellenic League Premier Division in 2014–15 but declined promotion to the Southern League due to increased travelling costs after Clevedon Town's demotion. They won the Berks & Bucks Senior Trophy in 2015–16.

The club returned to Step 4 in 2023–24 after winning the Combined Counties Premier Division North. They previously played at the Recreation Ground before moving to Wilks Park after World War II.
