Grays played at the New Recreation Ground in Grays until 2010, then groundshared at East Thurrock United, Rush Green, Aveley's Parkside and elsewhere before the Tilbury agreement.
The club became community-owned in August 2016. They were Isthmian Division One North champions in 2012–13 with a record 102 points.
