Wood Green Town played at Coles Park from 1930; the ground became Haringey Borough's home after the 1973 merger. The club won the Essex Senior League in 2014–15 and reached the Isthmian League Premier Division via the 2017–18 play-offs.

Tom Loizou has managed the first team since 2008. Haringey reached the FA Cup first round in 2018–19 and were Isthmian League North champions in 2021–22 before yo-yoing between Step 3 and Step 4 in recent seasons.
