Harrow Town became Harrow Borough in the 1960s and joined the Isthmian League in 1975. They rejected Conference promotion twice for financial reasons and reached the FA Cup second round in 1983–84 and the FA Trophy semi-finals in 1982–83.

They won the Middlesex Senior Cup and Middlesex Charity Cup in 2015 and reached the FA Cup first round proper in 2021–22. Record attendance is 3,000 against Wealdstone in 1946.

Northolt Park is the closest station, approximately five minutes' walk from Earlsmead (15–20 minutes from Marylebone). From the station turn right under the railway bridge, left into Alexandra Avenue, right into Somervell Road, bear right into Carlyon Avenue — Earlsmead is second on the left (pitchero.com/clubs/harrowborough).

By tube/bus

From South Harrow station it is roughly a 20-minute walk, or take bus 140, 114 or H9. From Rayners Lane, bus H10 runs towards South Harrow (pitchero.com/clubs/harrowborough).
