Hastings United are based in Hastings, East Sussex. Nicknamed the U's, they were founded in 1893 as Rock-a-Nore and have played at The Pilot Field since 1985.
They compete in the Isthmian League South East for the 2026/27 season. In 2025–26 they finished 17th of 22. The club reached the FA Cup third round in 2012–13, losing away to Middlesbrough.

The present club traces its lineage through Rock-a-Nore, Hastings & St Leonards and Hastings Town before adopting the Hastings United name in 2002. They won the Isthmian South East title in 2021–22.
The original Hastings United (1948–1985) also played at the Pilot Field before folding. The current club took their place in the Southern League in 1985 and joined the Isthmian League in 2004.
