Larkhall won the Western League Premier Division in 2010–11 and 2013–14, reaching the Southern League via the latter title. In 2014–15 they finished fifth and reached the play-off final, losing to Stratford Town.
The club bought the freehold of Plain Ham in 2005 and installed floodlights in 2004. A record attendance of 1,000 was set against Bath City in the FA Cup second qualifying round in September 2023.
