About Leatherhead
Leatherhead Football Club is based in Leatherhead, Surrey, and plays at Fetcham Grove. Nicknamed the Tanners, the club’s roots date to 1907 as Leatherhead Rose; after the Second World War Leatherhead Rose and Leatherhead United merged (27 May 1946) and chose Fetcham Grove.
They won the Isthmian South Central Division in 2025–26 and play in the Isthmian League Premier Division in 2026/27.
The club’s best-known FA Cup run reached the Fourth Round in 1974–75 (losing 3–2 at Leicester City). They were FA Trophy finalists in 1978, losing to Altrincham at Wembley.
