Lichfield City Football Club are based in Lichfield, Staffordshire, and play at the Trade Tyre Community Stadium on Brownsfield Road. The modern club was established in 1970 and compete in the Northern Premier League West for 2026/27 after winning the 2024–25 Midland League Premier Division title.
Renamed Lichfield City in 1994, the club returned to Saturday football in 2008 and climbed through the Midland Combination and Midland League. They won the JW Hunt Cup in 2022–23 and 2023–24 before securing NPL promotion.

An earlier Lichfield City played in the Birmingham Combination in the 1920s. The current club joined the West Midlands (Regional) League in 1976, spent time as a Sunday league side, and reformed in the Midland Combination in 2008.
Promotion through the Midland Combination and Midland League followed, with JW Hunt Cup wins in 2022–23 and 2023–24. Lichfield were Midland League Premier Division champions in 2024–25, earning a place in Northern Premier League Division One Midlands before transfer to the West division for 2026/27.
