Malvern Town were established in 1946 as Barnards Green FC and became Malvern Town through mergers and league restructurings. They climbed from Worcestershire and West Midlands regional football to the Southern League.
Third place in the Southern League Division One South in 2025–26 and play-off victories over Bishop's Cleeve and Shaftesbury secured promotion to the Premier Division South — the club's highest ever level.
