Sevenoaks were founder members of the original Kent League in 1883 and won the Kent County League three times before stepping up to the Kent League in 2003. They were Southern Counties East League Premier Division champions in 2017–18 and promoted to the Isthmian League.

In 1893 over 1,000 spectators watched Sevenoaks play Royal Arsenal. The club's best FA Cup performance is the fourth qualifying round (2022–23).

Mill Lane is adjacent to the Shell petrol garage off the A25 (Seal Road). The garage is on your left from Westerham/Otford and on your right from Seal/Borough Green; turn into Mill Lane and the car park and ground entrance are on the right (sevenoakstownfc.co.uk).

By train

The nearest station is Bat & Ball. Turn left onto Otford Road, left at the traffic lights onto the A25 (Seal Road), pass the Shell garage and turn left into Mill Lane (sevenoakstownfc.co.uk).
