Stadium History & Features

Bower Fold’s Lord Pendry Stand (652 seats) opened in 2004; the Joe Jackson Stand at the Town End dates from 1994 and the main stand from 1996. Capacity is 6,500 with about 1,300 seats.

The ground can be segregated with separate turnstiles and facilities. Record attendance in recent years is nearly 4,000 for Chester in the FA Cup first round in 1999.

Away Fan Seating

For segregated fixtures away supporters use the turnstile adjacent to Gymetc at the far end of the car park. The away end is uncovered when segregation is in place.

For routine league games no fixed away allocation is published — follow stewards on the day.
