About Vauxhall Motors
Vauxhall Motors Football Club are based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Nicknamed the Motormen, they were founded in 1963 as the works team of the Vauxhall car plant and compete in the Northern Premier League West for 2026/27 after finishing 7th of 22 in 2025–26.
They spent ten seasons in the Conference North, famously beating Queens Park Rangers in the FA Cup first round in 2002, and returned to the NPL West as NWCFL Premier Division champions in 2022–23.
From 2026/27 the ground is known as the Premier Jet Stadium (formerly Rivacre Park), following a naming-rights deal.

Rivacre Park opened in 1986 with Bobby Robson bringing former internationals for the opening friendly. Capacity is 3,300 with 350 seats in a covered stand and terrace.
The ground has two large free car parks, a sports and social club, and a 100-seat stand behind the dugouts with covered standing opposite. Dogs are welcome at the ground.

Getting to Premier Jet Stadium
By Car from M53/Eastham
Leave M53 at J5, take the road signed North Wales, left at the first lights onto Hooton Green, left onto Hooton Lane, right onto Rivacre Road — ground half a mile on the right.
By Car from Chester
Follow A551/A41 towards Birkenhead for about 8 miles to the Hooton/Chimney Pub crossroads, then as above via Hooton Green and Hooton Lane.
By Train
Nearest stations are Hooton (Chester–Liverpool) and Overpool (Liverpool–Ellesmere Port), both about 20 minutes’ walk. No public footpaths serve the ground directly — those with limited mobility should arrange additional transport.
By Bus
Routes 1 or 2 from Chester or Liverpool city centre run to the Hooton/Chimney Pub crossroads; about 10 minutes’ walk via Hooton Green and Hooton Lane.
