Follow Away is the away-day app for football supporters. Every ground has a pubs list, and that same list sits on the club's guide on this website. Email us and we'll add you.
We pull the pubs closest to the ground. In the app, fans can then sort that list by walking distance or by Google review star rating.
Sort: Distance
Default view is a short walk from the turnstiles. Fine if you're just another nearby pub. Less useful if you want to be the one away fans actually pick.
Sort: Rating
Fans can flip the list to Google review rating instead. A strong score helps, but it still won't put you above a sponsored pub.
One listing, two places. You show up in the Follow Away app pubs tab, and on that club's away guide on followaway.com.

Get in touch and we'll add you. Green border, Away Friendly badge, still sorted with everyone else.
Stays at the top
Away Friendly + Sponsored
Same green Away Friendly look, but you sit at the top of the pubs tab no matter how fans sort. Distance and stars still show. You just don't drop down the list.
In the Worthing screenshot above, The Railway Hotel stays first even though Woodside bar is a one-minute walk from the ground. That's the sponsored slot.
